Return and Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy


In compliance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce, and in accordance with Salla platform policies, the Store applies the following Return & Exchange Policy, which is binding on both the Store and the Customer:


Article 1: Scope of Application


This policy applies to all products offered and sold through our online store via the Salla platform. Completing a purchase constitutes the customer’s explicit acceptance of all terms herein.


Article 2: Return Request Period

1.The customer may submit a return request within:


•Seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date for domestic orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

•Ten (10) calendar days from the delivery date for international orders.


2.Return requests submitted after the above periods shall not be accepted unless otherwise required by law.


Article 3: Return Conditions


A return request will be accepted subject to the following conditions:

1.The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition upon receipt.

2.The original invoice or proof of purchase via the Salla platform must be provided.

3.Original packaging, labels, and trademarks must be intact.

4.The product must not show any damage resulting from misuse or negligence by the customer.


Article 4: Non-Returnable Products


The following products are not eligible for return:

1.Personal and health products.

2.Food and beverages.

3.Custom-made or made-to-order products.

4.Digital products, software, and any electronic content that has been downloaded or activated.


Article 5: Shipping Costs

1.In cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, the Store shall bear all return and shipping costs.

2.If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.

3.For international orders, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer in all cases.


Article 6: Right of Cancellation


If delivery is delayed for more than fifteen (15) business days without force majeure or prior notice, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.


Article 7: Refund Method

1.Refunds shall be processed via the original payment method used at checkout.

2.If the original payment method is unavailable, a bank transfer will be made to the account specified by the customer.

3.Refunds will be processed within three (3) to seven (7) business days from approval of the request.

Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction


This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
